Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) designs, manufactures and distributes award winning ergonomic workplace products. Customers include Heathrow Airport, BMW, Merrill Lynch and Oxford University. ORGATEC is the leading trade fair for the modern working environment and takes place in Cologne
The Challenge… To use one stand to present two brands – CBS and Icon Office Design – while maintaining each brand identity in a unifying design. This was a tough challenge which required a high degree of design consultation.
The Result… A clean ergonomic exhibition design that emphasised the products and their place in a positive healthy office. The products were set against a subtle background featuring corporate colours and strong branding. The position of the stand was considered in great detail and it was carefully angled to face the hall entrances in order to maximise footfall.
A bar created a natural divide between the CBS/Icon areas. This provided both companies with a vital central hub to meet and greet customers. Eye catching square panels were suspended above the bar in a layered three dimensional sculpture, making use of the high ceiling and adding drama to draw attention to the stand from a distance.
